I have seen firsthand the emotional, financial, and personal toll divorce can take on families. Over the years, working closely with individuals and parents during some of the most difficult transitions of their lives has given me a deep respect for how challenging this process can be. I strive to approach every matter with compassion, patience, and genuine respect for the people involved.

I am committed to helping families resolve their disputes outside of the courtroom whenever possible. Litigation can often intensify conflict and place additional strain on relationships that may need to continue long after the legal process ends — especially when children are involved. My goal is to help families address difficult issues in a more thoughtful and constructive way, helping preserve dignity, goodwill, and healthier communication moving forward.

As an NCDRC certified family financial mediator, I focus on helping parties find common ground when working through the financial aspects of separation. I believe that when people have clear information and the right support, they are better able to make sound, forward-looking decisions. My role is to help guide that process in a way that reduces harm and supports long-term stability for the entire family.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time outdoors and visiting to the North Carolina mountains whenever I can. I also love watching my husband and son play ice hockey and catching a Charlotte Checkers game when they are in town.
